Dublin Canvas
Darlin´ We´re Still Young
Dublin Canvas is a project from the various Dublin councils to bring some much needed colour to the city. Local artists get the chance to put their twist and paint onto one of the many electrical boxes across Dublin town. I was given the honour of an electrical box along the River Liffey, in the shadow of Guinness.
The Ferryman by Pete St. John
With inspiration from iconic Dublin song The Ferryman, the idea was to bring a little smile to people´s faces, and remind them, no matter your age, you´re never too old for a good laugh.
It was my first mural painting, so no idea how I would even go about this. So over two days (and a morning quick trip into town on the third day), I got to enjoy the quays of Dublin while painting away. Lots of craic from people passing, both local and tourist alike.
